Refund Policy

Vision and Moments Photobooth

At Vision and Moments Photobooth, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled for our photo booth rental services.

1. Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date.
This deposit covers administrative and scheduling costs and ensures your reserved time slot.

If you cancel your booking, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance.

2. Cancellations by Client

More than 30 days before event: You may cancel your booking, and any payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before event: No refund will be issued, but you may be eligible to reschedule your event (subject to availability).
Less than 7 days before event: All payments are non-refundable, as preparations and staffing are already confirmed.

3. Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to change your event date, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if requested at least 14 days prior to your event date and subject to availability.

4. Cancellations by Vision and Moments Photobooth

In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, illness, or emergencies), we will:

Provide a full refund, including your deposit, or
Offer to reschedule your event at no additional cost.

5. No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at your event location and is unable to set up or perform due to client or venue restrictions (e.g., no access, no power, weather issues without cover, etc.), the full booking fee will still apply.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method used at booking.
